Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal in the case of a purchase contract for the delivery of multiple goods in several partial shipments within a single order.

 

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will initiate the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The customer is obliged to provide a complete and correct delivery address when placing the order.
Any costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details (in particular shipping and return costs) shall be borne by the customer.
In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of shipping costs.
